True Story.
Kanye West performed at U.B. a while back. Most of the acts that come here use a room downstairs in the theater building for a green room...AND... Kanye came out of this room as I was walking past, jabbed his buddy in the ribs, whistled after me, and said "Damn! That's a fine piece of real estate!"
It's great when rappers I don't care about think my ass is hot.
